Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it unused within 30 days of the sales receipt date, for exchange or refund, less the original postage and handling charge.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return postage is not refundable.

Items must be sent prepaid, we cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD. Return shipment is the customer's responsibility. For your protection, please return the merchandise insured.

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your exchange or refund to be delivered to you.

Returns will be refused and merchandise returned to the customer at their expense under the following circumstances:

Merchandise received by Revolution Dynamics, Inc. greater than 30 days from the sales receipt date.
Merchandise is not returned in unused condition.

To return or exchange, complete the form on the back of your sales receipt. No need to call for approval.
